Amazing Avatar

A few days ago I saw Avatar in 3D. Wow. The technical and artistic use of 3D in this film is phenomenal. And the result is the most comfortable 3D movie viewing experience I've ever had.

Pixar Discuss Character Design

The New York Times has a slideshow of some character designs from the Pixar movie "Up", with narration by the director and production designer. These guys are technicians of characters.
