Apple Trademarked "Multi-Touch"

Apple's press release announcing iPad availability contains the following:

iPad’s revolutionary Multi-Touch™ interface makes surfing the web an entirely new experience…

 

That's Multi-Touch (TM). I'm amazed it's possible to trademark that.
