The Bruce Banit video is awesome. I envy the guy mainly for his imagination.
The Microsoft video shows another grand vision, one that I can only take with a grain of salt given their recent Vista fiasco and how far they *continue* to fall behind in mobiles. It's a pity, I hope they they don't end up being the Xerox PARC of the 21st century -- it would be a serious waste of talent.
@Hisham Yeah - The Bruce Banit work is really brilliant. I think the fact the story has an emotive narrative gives it real depth. And agreed — Microsoft has some kind of internal process which takes clear, cutting-edge concepts born in their labs, and puts them through a blender before releasing them as mediocre, mangled products.
