The 'Userability' Podcast Question
Sunday, February 15, 2009 at 8:11AM
There's a great new podcast called Userability put out by Jared and Robert from UIE . I called in and asked them: "What are the top most usability issues that us UI people have become blind to?"
Have a listen to the Userability podcast to hear their answer. :-)

After your original blog post about this, I thought of another one:
URLs
The average user is completely mystified about these. Some think they must all start with "www", while others search Google for the site they want to go to and click on that (really).
Haven't listened to the podcast yet, so I'll be chagrined if this is on the list. :)
Agreed - URLs definitely confuse people. And so they should, they're a fairly non-forgiving low-level page access mechanism.
Keith,
Just listened to the podcast... great question. I often come across that same question as I create user interfaces at work.
The answers provided were very helpful.
Glad to have found your blog... will be back often :)
