Yahoo Design Library

If you haven't already, check out Yahoo's Design Library. It looks like it's aiming to be an encyclopeadia of the best ways to approach common interactions on the web. Very handy for desktop application design too (do I still need to make a disticinction?)

As a side note, a Cocoa developer friend and I were discussing the Apple HIG and Interface Builder, and I wished how they were more like this 'template' approach.
